Issues at load-up of game - SOLVED

Game appeared to be great, got great reviews and looked like it would be something that I would like to play. After downloading and installing the game, it has never actually launched past the Transistor loading screen. I get a black screen and then launch hangs indefiintely. Contacting support, who will hopefully have an answer for me.

**UPDATE** Working with Support, got my issues solved. Game is fantastic so far. Support was responsive and worked with me on a level I could understand.
